It takes a whole village…

Our Mission:

Our mission is to empower and enrich the lives of homeschooling families, providing a community-centered platform that fosters diverse social interaction, academic support, and enriching experiences outside the home. We aspire to bridge the gap between traditional school offerings and homeschooling needs, bringing together artistic and educational electives, social and academic clubs, sports, and activities under one roof. With our pursuit to develop strong ties to community programs and services, we are dedicated to serving not only our homeschool families but also our wider community, creating a well-rounded, inclusive environment for every child’s growth and development.

A Message From Our Founder:

‘’The Whole Village was founded with the vision of bridging the gap in educational and social opportunities for homeschool families in Southern California. As a homeschooling parent myself , I understand the challenges and limitations that come with homeschooling, and I am passionate about creating a network that addresses these needs. Our goal is to empower homeschool families to thrive academically and socially, while building a strong sense of community and support.’’

The Whole Village:

We are Whole Village, an upcoming nonprofit homeschool network based in Southern California. Our mission is to provide homeschool families with a diverse community-based network that offers academic and social support for parents, learning coaches, and students.  In addition to core academic support, we also offer unique and exciting educational and social opportunities such as field trips, STEM, music, art, physical education, family days, and other electives. Because the Village is community based, we will partner with the surrounding community’s programs and services to serve and provide needed services to our homeschool families and the families of the immediate community. We aim to create a supportive environment where homeschooling parents and students can socialize, learn, and grow together.
